From: Endometriosis does not confer improved prognosis in ovarian clear cell carcinoma: a retrospective study at a single institute

An overview of the subject of this study. A total of 135 cases were diagnosed with ovarian clear cell carcinoma in the study period. Finally 125 cases were included in the analysis and 10 cases were excluded for mixed subtypes. There were 55 cases with endometriosis while 70 cases without. Of the 55 patients, continuity of clear cell carcinoma from endometriosis was detected in 48 cases. EM: endometriosis. Continuity: continuity of clear cell carcinoma from endometriosis.
