Table 1 GV stage oocyte expression of differentially expressed genes (DEG) related to oxidative phosphorylation, endoplasmic reticulum stress and oxidative stress between old (32-week) mice and young (5-week) mice. GV, germinal vesicle. FPKM, the expression of each transcript in each sample was calculated as the expected number of fragments per kilobase of transcript sequence per millions base pairs sequenced. The threshold of DEGs was the genes with a FDR < 0.05 and log2FC > 1 or log2FC < − 1
