Kallistatin enhanced the platinum sensitivity of ovarian cancer cells. (A) Western blot analysis of kallistatin protein levels in A2780, A2780/DDP, A2780 and OVCAR3 cells treated with cisplatin at 0, 2, 4, and 8 μg/ml for 48 h. (B) Cell viability was determined using MTT in A2780, UWB1.289 and OVCAR3 cells.
