E2 increased the expression of TRPC3 in ovarian cancer cells. a The ovarian cancer cell lines SKOV3, ES2, HEY, and OVCAR were treated with 1 μM E2 for 48 h. The expression level of TRPC3 was detected by qRT-PCR. The experiment was repeated three times. The ovarian cancer cell line SKOV3 (b) was treated with 10 nM, 100 nM or 1 μM E2 for 48 h and HEY (c) treated with 1 μM E2 for 48 h. Western blot analysis was used to detect TRPC3 expression. β-Actin was used as a loading control
