CTBP1-AS2 and miR-216a could interact with each other. The possible base pairs formed by CTBP1-AS2 and miR-216a were predicted using IntaRNA (a). Luciferase activity assay was performed by transfecting HEC-1 cells with the combination of CTBP1-AS2 vector+miR-216a (miR-216a group) or the combination of CTBP1-AS2 vector+NC miRNA (NC group).
