MiR-23a was downregulated in serum of PCOS patients. a qPCR was performed to detect the expression of miR-23a in PCOS sample (PCOS) and healthy control (Normal). b miR-27a and miR-24-2 levels were detected using qPCR in PCOS and normal group.
