Ovaries from NS-treated immature rats were light pink and normal in size; b. Ovaries from PMSG-primed immature rats were significantly enlarged, with hyperemia and mulberry-like changes. B. The weight of the bilateral rat ovaries after treatment in the experimental group (PMSG group, n = 3) was significantly increased compared to the control group (NS group, n = 3) (**P < 0.01). C and D. The expression of GPSM1 detected by RT-PCR and western blot was up-regulated in the PMSG group (n = 3) compared to the NS group (n = 3) (**P < 0.01)
