Fshr-1 and Fshr-3 expression in 100 days old testes of mice neonatally exposed to estradiol (E2, 20 μg/pup/day on days 5–7) and diethylstilbestrol (DES, 2 μg/pup/day on days 1–5). Both treatments resulted in increased numbers of stem cells and their blocked differentiation. However, marked increase in Fshr-3 was noted after DES which resulted in testicular cancer-like changes.
