Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves for the performance of the International Ovarian Tumor Analysis ADNEX model in discriminating between benign and malignant adnexal masses. The optimal cut-off (the maximum value of the Youden index) was 39.2% for the probability of malignancy, at which the sensitivity was 87.06%, specificity was 97.69%, positive predictive value was 95.03%, negative predictive value was 93.66% and area under the ROC curve was 0.925. Cut-offs of 3.0, 5.0, 10.0 and 15.0% are also indicated
