The effect of FSH on protein expression of DMSCs + CD4 + T Co-Culture System. IL-6, MyD88 protein expression was remarkably decreased in the experimental group (FSH (30 ng/mL) + CD4 + T + DMSCs) compared with control group (DMSCs + CD4 + T) (P < 0.05). IL-6, MyD88, TNF-α protein expression was remarkably increased in control group (DMSCs + CD4 + T) compared with Blank group (DMSCs alone) (P < 0.05). Results shown are means ± SEM
