GIMAP7 shRNA relieves the symptoms of PCOS rats. A-H Sprague–Dawley rats (n = 6 per group) were injected with DHEA for constructing PCOS animal models, and then injected with lentivirus carrying shNC or shGIMAP7. The fasting blood-glucose (A), insulin tolerance tests (ITTs) (B), and homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) scores (C) were analysed in rats of each group.
