Screening and expression of PPI network and hub gene. Combining the DEGs between normal ovarian surface epithelium and OCE samples in GEO dataset GSE38666, the intersection genes of GSE38666 and Wt1(+KTS) and the intersection genes of GSE3866 and Wt1 (+KTS) were screened. 150 DEGs were selected for PPI network analysis and hub gene screening.
