Vaginal opening as an indicator of oogenesis induction. Mice were ovariectomized (OVX, A-J). Human ovarian scaffolds with OSCs; SO (B and G) OSCs + PMSCs; SOP (C and H), OSCs + BMSCs; SOB (D and I), OSCs + PMSCs + BMSCs; SOPB (E and J) were surgically placed sub-peritoneum. Mice were analyzed 8 weeks later and the vaginal opening was compared to the control animal (K).
