Expression of Gab2 and CrkII in ovarian cancer cell lines. AÂ Western Blot was used to analysis of Gab2 and CrkII expression in ovarian cancer cell lines (A2780, SKOV3 and HO8910) and ovarian surface epithelial cells (IOSE80). BÂ The expression of Gab2 in A2780 and SKOV3 transfected with Gab2 siRNA was elevated.
