Transvaginal ultrasonogram and pathological image of left adnexal mass in a 50-year-old patient. A: Conventional ultrasound showed a regular unilocular cyst with a maximum diameter 8.8 cm, with three solid nodules. CDFI showed a little blood flow signals at the rim of the largest nodule. The mass was classified as 4 by O-RADS. B: CEUS showed annular rim enhancement at 33s, and all the internal nodules displayed nonhomogeneous hyperenhancement; then, it was adjusted to 5 by O-RADS combined with CEUS. C: Pathological results confirmed it as left ovarian clear cell carcinoma (HE × 40)
