Curcumin pre-treatment sensitizes cells to radiation exposure and reduces the clonogenic potential of A2780CP cells. A2780CP cells were treated with the indicated amounts of curcumin or radiation alone or pre-treated with curcumin for 6 hrs followed by radiation exposure and allowed to grow for 8 days.
